I Wanna Be Ninja Is for Little Ninjas aged from 4 - 12 and all lessons are taught in a structured yet fun way. This course of lessons will help your child make friends, learn the importance of balance, learn how to defend themselves, realise that exercise can be great fun and will play games that will help them get fitter and stronger.

            The Little Ninjas lessons are structured into 6 week blocks and each lesson is different so there is no chance of being bored with the same old stuff that sometimes happens in Martial Arts classes. During the 6 week course your child will learn about grappling, sparring, punching, kicking, throws, escapes and body movement. A variety of props will be included including Bokken, (wooden swords), Shenai, (Japanese swords made from split bamboo - good fun), kick pads, punch pads, Bo staffs, (Japanese fighting sticks), nunchukas, and escrima sticks, (coloured short Japanese defence sticks).

                                                 All props are used in a controlled and safe manner with no actual contact.

            The course instils discipline and self control which are the most important factors in self defence.

            Assistant junior instructors are positive role models who are trained specifically to work with other children in this setting. They are all training in either a Martial Arts discipline or in Youth Work and have built an excellent attitude to work and passing on their life skills to others.
